A modern-looking three-storey building designed to feature the owner’s product offerings as well as allow for additional office space. The office boasts 10,000 sq ft of polished concrete floors, and a rooftop patio for employees. Adding to the unique look of the exterior, thinbrick was cast into the panels as an added design feature. The space features the owner’s modular wall systems, and the incorporated VRF system allows for efficient heating and cooling.
